Data Processing Addendum (For Business Clients)

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") applies when AI Synergy Consulting processes personal data on behalf of our business clients in connection with our consulting services.

  • "Client" means the entity that has engaged AI Synergy Consulting for services

  • "AI Synergy Consulting" acts as a Processor under this DPA

  • We will not process personal data for any purpose other than providing our Services

  • We will assist Client in responding to data subject requests
